You have something that’s clear
You know exactly what it is
Who it is
You have for your whole life
It’s the truth that you go by
Your north star, in a sense
And then
You invert it
And nothing is right anymore
Up is down
Left is right
You have no idea what it is
Who it is
How could you?
Everything was turned upside-down
That’s what you did to me
You took me
You took my sense of direction
And turned it upside-down
Now who am I supposed to be
How am I supposed to see
Now that everything is inverted?
