Tomorrow is my wedding day
I’ll marry my one true love
And as I think this, I have to look back
I think of what people always say

“But how do you know?
How can you love her
When you can’t even see?”
It always fills me with sorrow

And so, I always try to explain
I don’t need to see to love
I wish I could, it’d make things easier
Save me a lot of pain

But that’s not my choice
So I love other things
The touch of her skin
The sound of her voice

So when I love I don’t need to see
After all, love is blind
Alas, I always wish I could tell her
How beautiful she is to me.
