Writing Prompt Wednesday #67

NOTE: Sorry most of these writing prompts lately have been poems; my wrist has been having some problems and poems are a lot easier to type up than short stories.

It towers above me
Standing up tall.
The world is so large
And I feel so small.
The challenge is daunting
But I must move on.
For if I don’t face it,
I’ll surely be gone.
So I must start to climb
Higher and higher still,
Past boulders and ice,
And up and up until
I reach the top of the mountain
And can see how far I’ve come
And then when I’m up
I’ll start heading back down.
